• 10 & Under : Born on or after January 1, 2001
• 12 & Under : Born on or after January 1, 1999
• 14 & Under : Born on or after January 1, 1997

• We have the right to ask of birth certificate to check the validity of the player.

Deadline : Wednesday, October 26th – at 6:00 pm
